Rebecca works with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use and dual diagnosis, with individuals, couples and families. She draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT-informed care, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy and solution-focused trauma work.
Coaching
Rebecca offers executive coaching, Cultivating Inner Leadership, and relationship and dating coaching for women.
